Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment -A non-refundable retainer of 40% (or specified amount) is required to secure your session date and time. Cash, check, venmo, paypal, and cashapp are accepted! -The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Cancellations & Rescheduling -I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible - ideally at least 48 hours in advance. -If you need to cancel entirely, your deposit can be credited toward a future session IF notice is given at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. -Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit. -Weather-related reschedules or genuine emergencies will never result in a loss - we’ll find a new date that works best for you. Lateness -Please arrive on time. Sessions begin at the scheduled start time and end as planned. -If you are late, the session may be shortened to stay within the reserved time frame. Image Delivery -A private online gallery will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of your session. -Final images will be delivered in high-resolution JPEG format and include basic retouching. -RAW or unedited images are not provided. Copyright & Usage -Captured by Caroline Rose Photography retains copyright ownership of all images. -Clients receive personal use rights, allowing for printing, sharing, and posting with proper credit. -Commercial or promotional use requires prior written consent. Model Release -By booking a session, you grant permission for images to be used for portfolio, website, and social media promotion, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session.
