Cancellation Policy

Every couple deserves a thoughtful and supported experience throughout the entire process. All wedding collections include: -Sneak peek photos within 1 week of your wedding -Timeline assistance and full photography planning support -1-on-1 consultation with the bride and groom before the wedding -A beautifully curated online gallery for sharing and downloading images My goal is to make the photography portion of your wedding day feel seamless, relaxed, and fun so you can fully enjoy every moment. Add-On Options -Second Shooter – $200 -Additional Coverage Hours – $150 per hour Wedding Photography Policy To ensure the best possible experience for every couple, please review the following policies: Booking & Deposit A signed contract and a 40% deposit of the package are required to secure your wedding date. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Final Payment The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding date. Delivery Timeline Full wedding galleries are typically delivered within 6–8 weeks. Sneak peek images will be shared within one week after your wedding. Image Selection & Editing All final images are carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect the natural, timeless style of my work. Raw images are not delivered. Travel Travel within the local area is included. Additional travel may apply for weddings outside the Denver metro area. Coverage Overtime If additional coverage is needed on the wedding day, hours may be added at the additional hours rate if availability allows.
